Service Introduction
Conduct physical and chemical testing or non-destructive testing on steel plates, section steels, welding consumables, castings, forgings, welds, etc. used in the manufacturing, installation and maintenance of boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines, LNG railway tank cars and amusement equipment, and assist enterprises to control the quality of special equipment.
Scope of application
Radiographic inspection: metal melting and welding joints suitable for pressure equipment, including steel, copper and copper alloys, aluminum and aluminum alloys, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys; The joint types include butt joints of plates and pipes, butt welds of plug-in and placed pipe fillet joints, and pipe-tube sheet fillet welds.
Ultrasonic testing: It is suitable for ultrasonic testing of raw materials or parts and welded joints for pressure equipment made of metal materials, and also suitable for ultrasonic testing of pressure equipment made of metal materials and ultrasonic measurement of material thickness. Plates include carbon steel, low-alloy steel, aluminium and aluminium alloys, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys, copper and copper alloys; Composite steel plates include stainless steel-steel, titanium-steel, aluminum-steel, nickel-steel, copper-steel; Steel forgings include carbon steel, low alloy steel; carbon steel and low-alloy steel bolt embryos with a diameter greater than or equal to 36M; Stainless steel forgings include austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel; Seamless steel pipes include carbon steel, low-alloy steel, austenitic stainless steel, austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel; carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel welded joints; The surfacing layer includes austenitic stainless steel, nickel alloy and other surfacing layers.
Magnetic particle inspection: It is suitable for the detection of surface or near-surface defects such as plates, pipes, pipe fittings and forgings made of ferromagnetic materials, as well as the detection of surface or near-surface defects such as butt joints, T-welded joints and corner joints of ferromagnetic materials, but is not suitable for the detection of non-ferrous materials.
Penetrant testing: It is suitable for the detection of surface opening defects generated in the manufacture, installation and use of pressure equipment made of non-porous metal materials.
TOFD: It is suitable for testing the butt joints of the fully welded penetration structure type with the nominal thickness of the workpiece of 12mm~400mm and the material is low carbon steel or low alloy steel; It can detect stainless steel-steel composite plate, titanium-steel composite plate, aluminum-steel composite plate and nickel-steel composite plate for pressure equipment with a nominal thickness of more than or equal to 12mm of the base material (low carbon steel or low alloy steel); It can detect the pressure equipment of the surfacing layer such as austenitic stainless steel and nickel alloy for pressure equipment with a nominal thickness of more than or equal to 12mm of the base material (low carbon steel or low alloy steel).
