Submission Process

Contact our service staff by phone or online communicate to request for service.
To coordinate further communication with engineers regarding the sample status.
Developing a tailored solution and providing a quotation.
Signing the contract and paying the testing fee.
Fill out the sample consignment form for mailing samples or conducting on-site sampling.
The customer and engineer shall verify the information once the sample is received.
After the confirmation of information, the samples will be put into the DTI system.
The samples are brought into the laboratory for testing and analysis, and the testing data is reviewed for accuracy.
Produce the electronic version of the report, and inform the client of its issuance.
Mail the official hard copy of the report and invoice to the customer.
Proactively contact the customer for a follow-up to verify the report information and conduct a satisfaction survey.
If there are doubts about the report data, a complimentary retest can be done for those questionable items. After its completion, the data enters into the existing customer system.
