In China, electronic chemicals are categorized based on their applications into photoresists, specialty electronic gases, electronic packaging materials, high-purity reagents, chemicals for flat panel displays, materials and chemicals for PCBs, chemicals for new energy batteries, and other electronic chemicals. - Photoresists
- Specialty Electronic Gases Includes high-purity gases and gas mixtures. Common examples are high-purity hexafluoroethane, high-purity trifluoromethane, photolithography gases, high-purity tetrafluoromethane, high-purity carbon dioxide, high-purity carbon monoxide, and high-purity octafluoropropane.
- Electronic Packaging Materials Electronic packaging substrates mainly include plastic packaging substrates, metal packaging substrates, and ceramic packaging substrates. Ceramic packaging substrates have irreplaceable advantages compared to plastic and metal substrates. Common ceramic packaging substrate materials include alumina, aluminum nitride, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, boron nitride, and beryllium oxide.
- High-Purity Reagents Classified by usage into general chemicals and functional chemicals. General chemicals mainly include high-purity solvents such as hydrogen peroxide, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, and nitric acid. Functional chemicals refer to formulated or compound chemicals that achieve specific functions or meet special process requirements in manufacturing, including developers, strippers, cleaners, etchants, etc.
- Specialty Chemicals for Flat Panel Displays Includes glass substrates, color filters, polarizers, masks, and phosphors.
- Materials and Chemicals for PCBs Includes circuit substrates, resins, inks, anti-corrosion chemicals for processing, etchants, and plating chemicals.
- Specialty Chemicals for New Energy Batteries Includes cathode materials, anode materials, separators, electrolytes, battery additives, intermediates, current collectors, activated carbon, solvent solutes, and chemicals for capacitors.

If any customer has any questions about the test data obtained from the experiment, please contact our technical staff, and our company will conduct a free re-inspection for the customer. If the data obtained after the replicated test are the same as the results of the initial test, our company will not change the test results. If they are different from the results of the initial test, our company will conduct multiple experiments on the samples during this period, and finally determine the results. Stable experimental data is used as the final test result.
