To implement the impartiality, scientific nature, and accuracy of our testing activities and to ensure that our operations comply with the "Criteria for the Qualification Recognition of Inspection and Testing Institutions" and relevant laws and regulations, we hereby make the following declaration:

1. Strict Compliance with Regulations
   Ding Testing & Inspection strictly adheres to national, industry, provincial, and local laws, regulations, standards, and technical specifications related to the testing industry. Our testing activities are conducted with stringent quality assurance measures to ensure that the testing results are representative, accurate, and reliable.
2. Independence and Impartiality
   Ding Testing & Inspection is an independent legal entity with the capability to conduct third-party impartial inspections and to independently engage in various business activities. We ensure that our testing work is not influenced by any improper administrative departments, personal opinions, or external factors. We provide all clients with scientific, impartial, accurate, and satisfactory services.
3. Adherence to Principles
   Our testing activities strictly follow the principles of impartiality, accuracy, science, and rigor. We ensure that our testing results and reports are not influenced by any improper commercial, financial, or other factors that may affect our technical judgment.
4. Professional Conduct
   Employees of Ding Testing & Inspection will not participate in any activities that may compromise our technical capabilities, judgment, independence, impartiality, and integrity in testing.
5. Ethical Standards
   Testing personnel will not accept any form of gifts, meals, invitations, or other gratuities from clients or inspected parties. We adhere to legal and ethical standards, maintain integrity, and do not use our positions for personal gain. We uphold the principle of equality and fairness.
6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property
   Ding Testing & Inspection undertakes the obligation to keep confidential all technical and testing results of our clients. We respect client intellectual property rights and strictly protect all materials, technical conditions, and drawings provided by clients. We will not use client technology or information for any technical development or services. For supervisory testing, we will not disclose information to any external parties except to the commissioning department.
