Ding Testing & Inspection (DTI) provides chemical and physical testing or non-destructive testing services for steel plates, profiles, wires, welding materials, castings, forgings, welds, and coatings used in the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of bridge and building steel structures. We assist businesses in ensuring the quality of steel structures from the source.

Scope of Application

1. Arch Bridge Steel Structure Manufacturing:

   • Chemical and physical testing and non-destructive testing of main arches, hangers, stiffening beams, and bridge decks (or steel box girders).

2. Cable-Stayed Bridge Steel Structure Manufacturing:

   • Chemical and physical testing and non-destructive testing of steel towers, anchor beams, pylon legs, stay cables, stiffening beams, and bridge decks (or steel box girders).

3. Suspension Bridge Steel Structure Manufacturing:

   • Chemical and physical testing and non-destructive testing of steel towers, main cable suspensions, saddle brackets, anchoring systems, stiffening beams, and bridge decks (or steel box girders).

4. Beam Bridge Steel Structure Manufacturing:

   • Chemical and physical testing and non-destructive testing of stiffening beams and bridge decks.

5. High-Rise Frame Structure Manufacturing:

   • Chemical testing of steel plates and non-destructive testing of welds.

6. Hollow Sphere-Steel Pipe Truss Structure Manufacturing:

   • Non-destructive testing of welds.

7. Steel Pipe Truss Structure Manufacturing:

   • Chemical testing of steel materials and non-destructive testing of welds.
